As Kruse comes back into town, he will change to human form and go to the nearest dragon and say, "What is going on here? I want you to tell me everything that has happened since this morning when a small child ran through the dragon camps from the river!"

The nearest dragon turned it's head and blinked a bit before replying in a very monotone voice. " That's a lot of information, Grandmaster." The dragon tossed it's head, looking out over the campment, smaller then when they had left, and different, some more tents had joined the others.. and some large pony sized wingless lizards were now also apart of the camp. "Some of the other groups came back after they were attacked." The dragon made an odd noise in the back of it's throat and one of the salamanders waddled closer before shifting into a man with flame colored hair.

The man bowed deeply to Kruse. "Welcome back Grandmaster, I am Aiden, leader of the Salamander Clan of.." He paused seeing that Kruse probably had not a clue what he was talking about. "Apologys, Grandmaster, my family lives in the south. My clan and I were attacked upon leaving here by the ways of land and not sea. Trolls, Sir, and in larger numbers then we're used to seeing. We had fended off the trolls and lost only one of our family to their might when Harpeah Herself attempted to buck us down off our knees.. We turned around and came back here to see if our hands were needed for the Family." He tossed his chin up to the dragon that was still hovering. "Janus said you'd be back soon enough, if no one has introduced him, he's the founding grandmaster of the North Ridge clan, the only real dragon clan outside of your own, Sir."

Janus gave a dragon's version of a laugh before shifting down into human form as well. He however, took a moment to orient the use of his limbs. "I forget how.. constricting this form is.. My apologies for not assuming it before - our kind rarely like this form but it seems rude to tower over you both when we are all ...equals.." He tested the word, watching Kruse carefully. "As Aiden says, when they got to camp, the five who went with you arrived back here and one went mad, as if Chaos herself rode his back. He killed three before GrandMaster Cuan and The Guardian subdued him. Though where the Guardian sent him is beyond my comprehension. She sent Grandmaster Cuan elsewhere with her power and then, ...I'm not sure really sir.. It was odd, like something.. took the strength from her limbs, we didn't think she'd rise again, but she did, and when the staff came down.. the four dragons in thrall also vanished... along with the little goblin that Grandmaster Cuan brought back to town. "

Janus glanced to Aiden who looked over at him before the both looked to Kruse. "Councilmembers Merric of water, Avani of earth and Zaman of Air met briefly in your absence and then declared there would be a meeting this evening. I believe Council Avani wanted to speak with you, upon your arrival. The Guardian techincally falls under her rule."

Okay, to start off, when Janus shifted and looked at Kruse after saying they where all equal, Kruse's reaction was to only smirk and slightly incline his head. In fact, he only nodded for the greater part of the summery.

When the finish, he says, "Good. I thank you both for your report. I was concerned that there would be an uproar of problems here when I heard the five dragons that come with me seamed to have lost there mind." He paused to think for a moment. He then looks at the sky and then looks at Aiden and says, "Alright Aiden, inform the rest of the fire clans to gather in front of my tent in one and a half hours. I wish to introduce myself as there new Grand Council Member of Fire." He then looks at Janus and continues, "And Janus. Can you tell me where the Guardian is? I wish to know, and if not know then to understand, what happened to the dragons that came with me. I also want you to accompany me."

Aiden bowed and left without a word of protest to do as he was asked.

Janus cocked his head to one side then gave a little shrug. "The Guardian's not hidden. Her home is up on the ridge." He pointed a finger toward a small house, half in-half out of the cliff face. "There's a path that loops up, or there is a ledge one can land on in dragon form."

Kruse nods and says, "Thank you, I did not know where her home was as I have only been her for 1 day." He pauses for a moment, considering his options and what this Janus character was like. He then continued, "We shall proceed in dragon form to the ledge." He then switches to dragon form and says, "Lead the way."

After they take off, Kruse will then ask Janus directly, "Out of curiosity, have you seen this panther," he sends a mental image of the cat, "or someone who can change into one like it?"

Janus also transformed with in a heartbeat of Kruse...

In the air I have, she often lurks near the mountains of my home and the forests below. I don't know her personally, but I see her from afar quite often. Some of the young in our clan speak of her like she's a protective ghost... If you give me a moment I shall send them an inquiry.

...assuming Kruse doesn't say anything.. he'd be quiet a bit, and right before they landed to Haldis's home. Yes, one of our youngest says that the panther is one of the wood's and often is seen guarding them. I believe that would put her under Avani's rule.. though if she's nothing more then a beast in truth, Avani wouldn't be able to do much more then simple conversation.
